PCH and Vincent Needs A Crosswalk Upgrade
Pacific Coast Highway and Vincent Street in Redondo Beach is apparently a problem according to this fatal accident back in 2014. Redondo Beach Union High School is across the street and can imagine there is a lot of student and kids crossing the street on a daily basis. I almost experienced an issue last night.
